The implementation of the GPRHCS will be assessed through indicators outlined in the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. Three Outcome indicators in the framework will be assessed through a special study to be conducted in the GPRHCS Stream 1 countries. [...]
Assessments will be conducted by a team of at least 3 Consultants which has expertise in program evaluation in the area of FP and MCH Commodity Logistics. Team members will have 5-10 years of work in the area of programme management and/or evaluation. Team will include experts from Nigeria/Sub-Saharan Africa and it may also include international members with proven expertise in the area of program commodity logistics evaluation and good knowledge of Nigeria/Sub-Africa region.They should have good command of written and spoken English. Speaking local languages will be an asset. Field data collectors will be selected from FMoH, National Population Commission, NPHCDA and development partners."
