Résumé
Med-Spring is an INCONET that aims at contributing to the quality of the Euro-Mediterranean research area, with a particular focus on the bi-regional Euro-Mediterranean S&T cooperation, research & innovation, policy dialogue and cooperation monitoring. It is the main political dialogue instrument for the Euro-Med research policy. Work package 8 (CNRS-L and IRD) aims at the creation of a platform of Mediterranean observatories linking, describing and analysing the research and innovation potential and policies in selected areas where societal challenges for policy dialogue have been identified, to support monitoring policy development and cooperation.
